Our return policy lasts 7 business days. If 7 business days have passed since your item was marked by USPS as delivered we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items must leave customer’s hands and be shipping back with tracking within 7 days of receipt with tracking to issue a refund or store credit for exchange.

  • Items must be unwashed and unworn 
  • Hygiene strip MUST be attached to product
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exhanges 
  • Items must be returned within 7 business days of receipt
  • All items must be in new condition with liners and hang tags still attached.  We have the right to refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers & tags have been removed or tampered with.
  • If return is deemed to have been used or not in perfect condition we will send it back to you
  • Should you refuse or reject your delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping cost.
  • Axil Swim is in no way responsible for custom fees incurred or customs holding times in your country of receipt. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Sale Items 
Only regular full priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are final. 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking provided.

  • Email with your reason for return and order number
  • We will send you instructions for the return 
  • Once your return/exchange is received and processed we will contact you
  • Please allow 6-7 business days for processing
